About Us
COMPANY PHILOSOPHY
In order to better acquaint you with our service, it is important for you to understand our company philosophy. Superior customer service is our number one corporate concern. Service excellence is not a revolutionary idea and it is certainly not a sophisticated concept. It is however, the only way to succeed in business today.
Service is more important than ever before because of competition. Customers don’t have to and won't put up with mediocre service. They will go across town or even across the country, if need be, for service that matches their expectations and needs.
What is the success formula for CJ Maintenance? It is attention to the minor detail, the little things, the infinitesimal but important points that the competition just doesn’t want to take the time, money, or effort to complete.
Just like the old proverb says, “It’s the straw that broke the camel’s back.” This is especially true in business. We at CJM know that the small things, the little daily task, make or break a business relationship.
Armed with this knowledge and empowered by the practice of Total Quality Management, CJM is a driving force in the facility and janitorial services industry.
